You share your learning objectives, business context, and the real-world scenarios you want participants to navigate.
2. AI Synthesis
Our AI-powered framework transforms your brief into a simulation where every decision creates meaningful trade-offs. Each element is stress-tested to ensure the learning lands.
3. Review
You receive a complete playable prototype with full documentation. We walk through it together, refine the experience, and iterate until the learning outcomes land.
4. Production
Once approved, we generate the print-ready assets for either digital download and, if selected, physical manufacturing.
5. Enablement
We equip your facilitators and participants to hit the ground running — preparation guides, training materials, and reference cards so nobody walks in cold.
Most simulations move from approved brief to complete digital delivery in 5–6 working days.

Pilot Programme - Limited Availability
We’re looking for 2–3 organisations to be among the first to commission a Sim Smithy simulation. Pilot partners receive the full standard package —identical scope, identical deliverables — at a pilot rate.
In return, we ask for permission to use the engagement as a case study, a short testimonial on the experience, and honest feedback on the delivery process. This is a launch programme. Once the pilot slots are filled, standard pricing applies.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
The Promise: You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered simulation within your organisation indefinitely. You retain full ownership of your specific simulation content, narrative, and proprietary business data.
The Sim Smithy retains the rights to the underlying game mechanics, AI framework, and rule-sets – enabling us to continue improving the platform for all clients
