From our first scoping call to the moment your simulation is delivered—here’s how we build together.
1. Your Brief
You tell us everything that matters: your objectives, your context, and the real situations your people face. There's usually a great deal to explore, and we take whatever time it needs to understand it fully — we never rush this part.
2. Your Brief, Confirmed
Before we design anything, we send you a plain-language read-back of what we've understood — your challenge, your people, the tensions that matter. You confirm we've captured your world, or put us right, while it costs nothing to change.
3. AI Synthesis
Our AI-powered framework designs your simulation around the brief — every decision a meaningful trade-off, shaped to your world, never a template.
4. Your Design, Approved
The framework presents a Blueprint Preview — the designed simulation, before it's built out. You review it and approve the direction. Anything to refine, we refine now, while it's still a blueprint.
5. Production
Once the design is approved, we build out and stress-test the full simulation through 25+ quality gates, then generate the print-ready assets for digital download — and, if selected, physical manufacturing.
6. Enablement
We equip your facilitators and participants to hit the ground running — preparation guides, training materials, and reference cards so nobody walks in cold.
Most simulations move from approved brief to complete digital delivery in 5–6 working days.

Pilot Programme – Limited Availability
We’re looking for 2–3 organisations to be among the first to commission a Sim Smithy simulation. Pilot partners receive the full standard package —identical scope, identical deliverables — at a pilot rate.
In return, we ask for permission to use the engagement as a case study, a short testimonial on the experience, and honest feedback on the delivery process. This is a launch programme. Once the pilot slots are filled, standard pricing applies.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
The Promise: You receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the delivered simulation within your organisation indefinitely. You retain full ownership of your specific simulation content, narrative, and proprietary business data.
The Sim Smithy retains the rights to the underlying game mechanics, AI framework, and rule-sets – enabling us to continue improving the framework for all clients.
